Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can shift unexpectedly. Here's how we handle cancellations, so you can book your stay with confidence.

Securing your booking

A 50% deposit confirms your dates, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.

If you need to cancel

The earlier you let us know, the more we can refund.

December stays: cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are 100% payable, with no refund.

Good to know

  • Platform bookings: if you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation terms shown on your booking confirmation there apply instead of this policy.
  • Travel insurance: we recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation — it's inexpensive and covers the unexpected.
